Ao1icants for Virginia Pol-.ant Discharge l!'imination system Permits, virginia Pollution Abatement Permits, and Virginia Water Protection Permits Article 2, S62.l-44.15:3 of the state Water.Control Law states:
"No application for a certificate to discharge sewage, industrial wastes and other wastes into or adjacent to state waters shall be considered complete unless the applicant has provided the Executive Director with
- notification *from the *governing body of the -county, city, or town in which the discharge is to take place that the location and operation of the discharging facility is consistent with all ordinances adopted pursuant to Chapter 11 (SlS.l-427 et seq.) of Title 15.l of the Code."
(These are local zoning ordinances)
In accordance *with this section, nGw applications tor Virginia Pollution Abatement, Virginia t-ollutant Discharge Elimination system, and Virginia Water Protection permits will not be considered complete until the information below is submitted to the SWCB Regional Office or Headquarters Office in the case of the Virginia Water Protection Permit.
