ASBESTOS DISPOSAL REPORT

Dear Mr. King:

Innsbrook Technical Center 5000 Dominion Boulel'ard Glen Allen, Virginia.13060 VIRGINIA POWER This letter is being sent as a follow up to the December 23, 1991 letter sent to you concerning the disposal of asbestos containing material from Virginia Power's North Anna and Surry Power stations.

In that letter we informed you that an asbestos shipment left North Anna August 28, 1991 to Quadrex for processing.

The final portion of this shipment had not been processed (i.e., verified non-radioactive) at that time. Quadrex agreed to inform Virginia Power immediately following the disposal of this remaining portion.

This final portion was buried on June 29, 1992 at Barnwell Waste Management Facility.

Copies of pertinent correspondence from Quadrex and Barnwell are attached.

This concludes the disposal tracking of the asbestos containing material shipments reported to you in the letter dated December 23, 1991.
