DPR-32 DPR-37 As required by the license conditions, we are providing a medical status report for Mr.
Earl Washington, Docket No. 55-20103. The attached letter from Dr. Dale E. Slagel, M.D. to Mr. Eugene Grecheck includes a summary of Mr. Washington's current physical examination and any pertinent lab data.
As noted in Dr. Slagel's letter, Mr. Washington's medical condition is stable. We will continue to monitor Mr. Washington's physical condition (including mental status) on a routine basis and provide yearly medical status reports for Mr. Washington.
As set forth in the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6), we request that the medical information enclosed be withheld from public disclosure.
