DPR-32 DPR-37 Pursuant to 10 CFR 55.35 and in accordance with guidance provided in NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits a preliminary, uncertified license application and medical certification for a license to operate Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2 for the following individual:
