Technical Specification Change Request No. 75 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59, Jersey Central Power & Light Company, owner and operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-lG, request changes to Appendix A of that liccnse.
This Technical Specification Change will revice sections 1.0, 2.1, 3.1,
- 3. 4, 3. 5, and 3.7. Tncsc cnanges will facilitate the upcoming refueling outoge (scheduled to start January 5, 1979) by removing technically unnecessary operability requirements and surveillance.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Manager, the Plant Operations Review Committee and an Independent Safety Pcview Group in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
We have determined that this submittal is Class III per 10 CFR 170.22 and have enclosed a check for $4000 pursuant to that section.
