submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5 contained in Appendix A to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Units 1 and 2, Operating License Nos. NPF 87 and NPF 89, respectively. During this reporting period, there have been no failures or challenges to the Power Operated Relief Valves (PORVs) or Safety Valves (SVs) for CPSES units 1 and 2. 05/07 0812 Completed repairs to the valve 2FW-0011 and initiated power ramp up.

1644 Unit returned to 100* power.

05/23 1745 Started power reduction to repair main feedwater pump 2B outboard bearing resulted from high vibration.

2245 Maintained reactor power level at 50% to repair to the main feedwater pump 2B outboard bearing.

05/28 1640 Following completion of repairs to the outboard bearing, initiated power ramp up.

05/29 0024 Maintained power level at 86% due to high outboard bearing vibration to main feedwater pump 2B.

05/30 0700 Initiated action to ramp down power to 48% to troubleshoot and repair main feedwater pump 28 outboard bearing.

1210 Began troubleshooting and repair work to the main feedwater pump 2B outboard bearing.

05/31 2400 Unit ended the month at 48% power with the outboard bearing repairs in progress. ,
