SUBJECT:
UNIT 1 CRITICALITY AND RETURN TO OPERATION At 1:51 pm (PDT) on July 15, 1986 Unit 1 achieved criticality following its eighth refueling outags. The unit had been shutdown for 236 days following the November 21, 1985 loss of power and water hammer event. The unit is scheduled to go on-line on July 18, 1986 after the completion of low power physics testing. The licensee plans to perform a. loss of power test at 25 parcent power, then resume Unit 1 commercial operation.
