Revision to Proposed Change No. 42 to Technical Specifications Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298,.DPR-46 On July 9, 1987, Nebraska Public Power District. submitted Proposed Change No. 42 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical- Specifications for review and approval. The proposed change- incorporated the leakage criteria for.
1 the drywell personnel airlock into Technical Specifications. We have recently discovered that the proposed change contained an editorial error regarding the allowable leakage at a ' test pressure of 58 psig. The correct'value is
-12 scfh and a revised page 162a is attached which states this.
This va lue is still less than leakage criteria of 0.05 La at Pa which is the criteria given in the G.E. Standard . Technical Specification (NUREG-0123 Revision 3). Hence the safety analysis and no significant hazards determination of the July 9, 1987 submittal still apply with the revised criteria.
