In accordance with your application dated November 20, 1985, and supplements dated December 10, 1985, March 14 and May 16, 1986 and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70 Special Nuclear Materials License No.
SNM-368 is hereby amended to authorize the fabrication of new parts. The attachment to Condition 10 of your license is hereby revised to include new or changed Part I pages 3-31 thru 3-35 dated March 14, 1986, and pages 3 36 thru 3-38 dated November 20, 1985.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same. We are continuing our review of the remainder of your application and will take appropriate action in the near future.
