' INSPECTION N0. 70-371/89-202 ThisreferstotheNuclear.RegulatoryCommission(NRC)inspectionconductedby D. R. Joy and M. C. Williams'of this office on May 22-26, 1989. The inspection included a review of activities authorind for your Uncasville..
facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed Inspection Report.
Areas examined during ghe inspection pertained to your Material Control and Accounting program and are-identified in the report. Within these areas. the inspection consisted of selective examinations of. procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel,-and observation of activities in progress.
Within the scope of this inspection, no deviations or declining performance were identified. However, two previous violations were the subject of:
