'In accordance with your' amendment application dated March 8, 1989, and pursuant lr 'to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material l License No. SNM 368'is hereby amended to incorporate revised specifications for radiation measurement instruments and to authorize an exemption from the
. labeling requirements of 10 CFR 20.203(f)(1) and (2) in accordance with the following 'licen';e condition:
- 38. Notwithstanding Section 4.1.5, Part I, of the application, the licensee is hereby exempted from the labeling requirements of 10 CFR 20.203(f)(1) and'(2) for specific areas within the controlled access area. provided a sign bearing the words,. "Every container in this area may contain radioactive material," is posted for such areas.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
