Dear Mr. Gigliotti:
. This is in response to your letters dated December 1,1988 and January 13, 1989 which forwarded the physical security measures you are taking during construc-tion at your site. We have reviewed the proposed temporary measures and have found them acceptable as meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 73.46.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your License.
No.SNM-368byissuingaTemporaryLicenseCondition,TC(PS)-2,effectiveupon receipt of this letter, to read as follows:
TC(PS) In addition to the requirements stated in paragraph 9.1.A, the licensee shall follow the physical protection measures outlined in their. letters of Decembt- 1,1988 and January 13, 1989 which describes interim .aeasures being taken during construction of
-and installation of equipment into the "L" Building.
This license condition will expire on August 1,-1989.
The measures described in the letter identified in the above license condition are withheld from public disclosure because they contain classified (CONFIDEN-TIAL) National Security Information and must be controlled in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 95.
