These plan changes addressed certain NRC concerns

,rais'ed'during.a site inspection in May,'1988.

. Revision.5,.which incorporated all Revision 4 changes,.to'the UNC'

' Naval -Products Security Training &- Qualifications Plan, was submitted S

.for NRC review and approval on July 7, 1989, and dealt with issues

.primarily concerning the NRC mandated Tactical Response Teams.
