Dear Armin,
Enclosed, per your request,is a copy of the video tape which the town of Montville took of the two ends of UNC Naval Products' sewage discharge pipe in June 1993, as reported in reference 1.
In viewing the tape, you will note that there are two segments which are separated by a short blank space on the tape. The first segment was taken starting where the pipe exits from our pumphouse. The second segment was taken backwards towards our facility from the point where our pipe intersects the Montville sewer line at the junction of Sandy Desert Road and Route 32, prior to its entry to t.he Holly Hill pumping station.
