Based on our projected review schedule, as previously given in E. William Brach's September 21, 1987 letter to you, we are unticipating such Plan revisions by July 1988. If, before submitting your FNHC Plan changes, you would desire a meeting among members of our two staffs to discuss any specific issues in more detail, please contact Philip Ting at (301)492 0648.
