reconcentration in sludge at' sewage treatment plants and encouraged UNC to apply, D

for-an. NPDES permit'to discharge the chemically treated process liquid to nearby surface water. 'Recently, the Environmental Protection' Agency (EPA) approved the' State of. Connecticut's: request to. assume. NPDES authority = over federal facilities.
