Docket No.70-371 License SNM 368 Dear Mr. Kasunt As a result of telecon with Ray Jackson, Domestic Safeguards and Regional Oversite Branch on 7-25-90, it was concluded that our letter dated 6-21-90 requesting an exemption from the requirement of 74.59e2 was not necessary.
Due to our impending shutdown (within the three year-time frame specified by the referenced regulation for certain tests to be conducted) it was agreed with Mr. Jackson that in the case of UNC Naval Products the regulation is not applicable.
Therefore we consider our request cancelled and a refund of our submitted administrative fee of $150.00 is requested.
