In accordance with commitments made by D. Luster of your staf f in a telephone discussion with M. Austin of our office on June 12, 1990, you have agreed to take additional corrective actions to furnish term nation reports of personnel i
monitoring for:
all individuals who terminated employment at your licensed facilities since January 1, 1989, und; any individual whose employment at your licensed facilities was terminated prior to that date and who requests a termination report.
