Add the following notes to Paragraph 5.9.b There may be cases where SBN is overlapped, folded-over or gaps filled and the minimum dimensions required for those.

In those cases, those dimensions need not be verified.

If repair for rips, holes or large tears is evident (sewing or patches), make a notation on the checklist for document review.
