" Responsible QA/QC Issue Coordinators submit proposed changes to their ISAPS to the QA/QC RTL. Subsequently, the SRT approves substantive changes prior to implementation.

Changes that are not substantive require the concurrence of the CPRT Program Director prior to implementation."

Revise Section 5.1 to read:

"QA/QC Issue Coordinators propose changes to the QA/QC RTL for review."
