Delete the following base material specifications from Attachment 6.4, ASME IX MATERIAL DESIGNATIONS:

SA-182 Grade F22 SA-234 Marking WP22 SA-387 Grade 22 Class 1 Add the designation "(65)" after material specification SA-234 Marking WPB (60) in P-Number 1. Group Number 1.

2.

Delete all references to notes 9 and 10 on Attachment 6.5, ASME INSPECTION REQUIREMENT MATRIX.

3.

Revise the first verification bullet in Attribute 7 to add the word "ASME" and read:

"The Inspector's area or category of certification at the time of inspection is ASME QC Level II, as a minimum,....."
