Add the following paragraph under the Material Verification Section t,,)>

(5.4.0) of the QI:

5.4.2 Verify material for bolting attachments is as shown on the generic / design drawing. See Attachment 6.16 for bolt markings.

Add the following criteria to the end of paragraph 5.6.2

'Embedment':

In floor and roof areas where topping has been placed, the thickness of the topping shall be taken into account in determining the projected length unless shown on design drawing.

In these areas the thickness of the topping shall be added to measured length taken from the concrete surface. The inspector shall ensure that the thickness for topping is provided by the engineer and included in the verification package.

Change paragraph 5.3.le to read:

For suspended supports with conduits carrying LED's, verify that there are no threaded conduit sections within 2" of these supports.
