Do not list this information from any historical file that may be included in the traveler package. The Discipline Engineer shall compare these against the drawing (s) and the NCR(s) used for the reinspection program and initiate Deviation Reports, if appropriate.

Note: For the Document Review Packages completed before the

. issuance of this' change notice, the Discipline Engineer shall review (and update, if necessary) Attachment 6.8 for above requirements.
