WATERFORD TEAM In your memorandum dated May 1,1984, you requested that Larry Shao and Jack Strosnider continue to work full time until the task is completed related to the licensing issues of the Waterford facility.

I recognize that fiessrs. Shao and Strosnider will devote full time to this task until completion.

Finally, Mr. Crutchfield of your staff told Guy Arlotto on May 11 that his present best estimate for completion of this task was sometime before the middle of June 1984.
