.0 Scope 2.1 This instruction applies to the review and statusing of Quality Assurance Records applicable to concrete preplacement, placement, post-place ent and grou:ing activities perfor ed by J. A. Jones and Ebasco Force Account.

-6.1 General Infor:ation

E 6.1.1 The review effer: of this instruction is divided into four categories.

i These categories are identified in paragraphs 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5.

6.1.2 Each of the categories will desc' ribe the detailed docu ent review

=ethods and will reference a Package Index/Docueentation Guide to be utilized by the reviewer.

The Package Index/Documen:ation Guides will be included as attach =en s to this instruction.

6.1.3 Prior to start of the review, the correct type and revision of form will be checked. This is accomplished by referring to the applicable procedure and revision in effect when the activity was accomplished.

6.2 Review of Cadweld Packages 6.2.1 The Reviewer shall arrange each individual Cadwelder's Records in accordance with A::ach=ent 7.1 to determine if all the required documents are in the package.

6.2.2 All documents in the package shall be reviewed as follows:

a)

Check for completeness and legibility; b) Verify that a suf ficient nu=ber of tests were selected and test resul:s =eet specified requirements; c) Perfor= a detailed check of all docu=ents for accuracy, traceability and authenticity.

6.3 Review of 'Jaterstoo Packages 6.3.1 The Reviewer shall arrange the ***aterst'op Installation Records in accordance with A::achment 7.2 to deter =ine if all the required documents are in :he pcekage.

6.6 Asse=bline of Co=oleted Packazes 6.6.1 The Reviewer shall assure that all docu=ents are arranged in accordance wi:h the applicable Package Index/Docu=en:atien Guide and that the 9 A.1-A fors is at: ached.
