1.0 SCOPE This instruction delineates training 'and qtialification requirements for Quality Assurance Records personnel performing review and acceptance of Quality Assurance Records, or those responsible for the handling, storage, or =aintenance of Quality Assurance Records.

5.0 QUALIFICATIONS 5.1 All Quality Assurance personnel performing Quality Assurance Records activities shall have the minimum of a High School Eiploma or the equivilant (G.E.D.).
5.2 All Quality Assurance personnel performing Quality Assurance Records f~
activities shall be trained and qualified in accordance with the V
Quality Resourses Training Manual - 1 (QRTM-1); regardless of previous experience. (Note: those personnel with at least one (1) year records experience may have OJT require =ents lessened in accordance with QRTM-1)

6.0 RECORDS 6.1 A file of personnel qualification ~an'd' training shall be established and maintained by the Site Quality Assurance Training Coordinator.
Copies of files shall be forwarded to the Quality Assurance Education Specfalist (or designee)'at the corporate QAE office in New York.
