Documents in Response to F0IA Requests This is in reponse to your memorandum dated October 5, 1984, requesting copies of all " agency records" used on the Waterford issues / allegations.

" Agency Records" of the civil-structural team are contained in LP&L files in an LP&L trailer onsite. All pertinent records are contained in these files and are arranged by allegation A-number except for those records currently being worked on at the site which were obtained while working on A-109 and A-141. These items are listed on the enclosure.

I am recommending that these references be added to the reference list which was prepared for each allegation SSER.

I have noted which allegation each of the references relates to.

My intention is that once I have finished with the materials / records listed on the enclosure to address A-109 and A-141, I will place the records into the civil-structural reference files at the Waterford site. Therefore, I suggest that these references be added to the list being compiled from the allegation SSERs.

Any new material obained beyond this date will have to be addressed in some other manner.
