The matter of the Unit 1 restart is of great concern to us and to the citizens of Lancaster and, as setforth in the Resolution, we would. request that the Commission reconsider the decision to separate management issues from the Unit 1 restart decision and resolve certain safety and management issues before making any decision on the future
