Dear Mr. Travers:
I have received the Draf t Supplement 2 to the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for disposal of radioactively contaminated water stored at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station site.
The Department of Natural Resources will provide conunents on the draf t report on behalf of the State of Maryland.
The Power Plant Research Program (PPRP) will serve as lead agency.
PPRP will conduct its own review and coordinate the consnents of other interested Maryland agencies.
