Physical Security Plan - Revision 10 Cooper Nuclear Station

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.45(p), Nebraska Public Power District would like to submit Revision 10 to the Physical Security Plan which incorporates three Reports of Change previously submitted. A description of each change is enclosed.

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 2.790(d)(1), we request that the attached report be treated as proprietary information and with-held from public disclosure.
