In response to a verbal request from your staff, the following information is provided regarding Supply System's Emergency Response Faci lities (EFR).

1. Re<euest - Provide the response date(s) for Generic Letter 81-10.

Response - Reference 1) was the Supply System's response to Generic Letter 81-10 for all of our plants. Reference 2),

3) and 4) also supply information relevant to this response. The references are attached for your informa-ti on.

2. Request - For the permanent primary emergency response facility, provide the distance from the plant, structure type, radiation protection factor, date started, construction status and type of filtration provided.
