CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES Effective August 10, 1982, the Supply System management structure was realigned as shown in the attachment to this letter. We will submit modifications which reflect these recent organizational changes in future revisions to the FSARs for WNP-1, WNP-2 and WNP-3, and the Operational guality Assurance Program Description.

The major changes in the organizational responsibilities relative to those described in the current revision of the Operational guality Assurance Program Description are as follows:

1) 'he Director of 0 erations .reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for safe and successful construction and operation of all Supply System nuclear facilities.

2) The Director, Su ort Services reports to the Managing Director and provides administrative, records management, security, health physics, chemistry, radiological protection, emergency preparedness, industrial safety, fire protection and technical training support services for Supply System plants.

3) The Director, Licensin and Assurance reports to the Managing Director and provides quality assurance programs, nuclear safety assurance programs and licensing support for Supply System plants.

4) The Director, Power Generation reports to the Director of Operations and his responsibilities are unchanged.

6) The Director Technolo reports to the Director of Operations and his responsibilities are unchanged.
