S t.bj e:t : Report No. 50-416/21-19 This refers to the routine safeguarcs inspection concucted oy Mr. R. W. Goode of this effice on May 27-29, 1951, of activities authorized oy NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-118 at Grand Gulf facility and to the discussions of our findings held with Mr. K. McCoy, Plant Manager, at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection incluced your physical security program :s implemented under the provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Requ1ations, Part 73, " Physical Protection of Plants and Materials", and the specific requirements of your proposed Security Plan. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, performance terts, and observations oy the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving safeguards and security mrasures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed report with the exception of the cover page, which is an inspection summary, will nott be placed in the Public Document Room.
