The licensee has submitted a response to the above items dated February 20, 1981.
The Itcensee states that the General Electric Company completed tests to demonstrate qualification of the PGCC cables / connectors and panel connectors to the full requirements of IEEE 323-1974 and IEEE 344-1975. The inspectors examined the GE report to assure that each item was adequately addressed.

(Closed) Unresolved item 416/79-01-01 and 417/79-01-01 Connector cable clamps appear to be loose. The licensee procedures for the testing of the PGCC cables assured that the cable clamps were tight. The inspec-tor examined records of the inspections which verified the tightness.
