Exit Interview The inspection scope and findings were summarized on October 23, 1981 with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above.

Unresolved Items Unresolved items were not identified during this inspection.
5.
Independent Inspection A walk-through inspection was made of electrical equipment storage area in unit 2 and the warehouse. The electrical equipment in unit 2 was covered and internal space heaters were energized for humidity control. Electrical equipment maintenance cards for unit 2 equipment, MCC2681 (Motor Control Center Swithgear), E22C001M (HPCS motor), E22F010 and E51F022 (Motor Oper-ated Valves) were checked to insure that maintenance was being performed in accordance with WPP-15, " Maintenance of Material and Equipment While in Storage".
Within the areas examined there were no violations ar deviations identified.
Electrical (Components and Systems II) - Review of Quality Records. Unit 1 Three motor operators for valves, Q1E12F011A, Q1E12F047B, and Q1E12F004B, were examined to the licensee's OA manual requirements in the areas of quality records for receiving inspection, storage, handling and identi-fication, and installation.
The installation was examined for compliance with the Valve Installation Cards requirement.

The calibration and/or trip settings records for Battery Changes 184,1A4, IB5, and 1A5 were also examined.
Within the areas examined, there were no violations or deviations identi-fled.

Instrumentation (Components and Systems I) - Observation of Work, Work Activities, and Review of Quality Records The electrical components identified below were examined to insure that the SAR commitments were complied with in the areas of protection, identifica-tion, installation inspection, and calibration.

The Instru-ment Installatiol and Inspections cards were used in this examination.
Within the areas examined, no violations or deviations were identified.

The qualification records of five Bechtel Corporation Quality Assurance personnel were reviewed to insure that records are complete and current.

On May 22, 1981, the licensee notified Region II of a 50.55(e) item concerning the above. The final report was submitted on October 15, 1981. The inspector held discussions with respon-sible licensee and contractor representatives, reviewed supporting documentation, to verify that the corrective actions identified in the report have been completed.
