Results Of the areas inspected, no violations or deviations were identified.

Independent Inspection i i The inspector conducted a walk-through inspectior: of the auxiliary building.
The current status in the electrical areas of the construction was observed.
During this inspection the following electrical motors were examined in the area of preventive maintenance: , l MOV: Q1E32F003A and Q1E32F003N RWCU Pump Motor: Q1G33C001A and Q1G33C0018 l LPCS Pump Motor: Q1E21C001 HPCS l HPCS Pump Motor: Q1E22C001 l l It was noted that heat was applied for humidity control and oil levels, for l applicable motors, were satisfactory.
General Maintenance Task Cards l EL1320, 1119, 1031, 1032 were also reviewed. Within the areas examined, no violations or deviations were identified.

Valve Installation Cards QSP41F189, Q1G33F040, Q1P41F001, and Q1E12F009, and Work Plan and Inspection Records (WP & IR) Q1E12C-07093-Y0A, Q1P75C-40122-Y0A, N1P75C-12133-Y0A, N175B12-133-Y08, N1L62-S-25A148-Y03, and NIN13P25148-Y01 were reviewed.
The qualification records for four Bechtel QC inspectors were reviewed.
