Attached is Lice.nsee Event Report Number (LER) 95-002-01 for Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3. This follow-up report provides details of Design Change 3448 which was installed during Refueling Outage 8 as a result of the June 10,1995, reactor trip, partial loss of offsite power and fire. This condition is being reported pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(iv) and 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(x).
