Attachment 1 is a reproduction of the supplement I text of LER 254/91-003.
This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of. Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(ii)(8), "Any event or condition that resulted in the condition of the nuclear power plant, including its principal safety barriers, being seriously degraded or that resulted in the nuclear plant being in a condition that was outside the design basis of the plant."
Containment Atmosphere Monitoring piping and Mark I support installation work will be completed prior to startup from the current Unit 2 forced outage Q2F41.
Work required to resolve the Atmosphere Containment Atmosphere Dilution piping support issues will be completed prior to startup from the current Refuel Outage QlR14 (for Unit 1) and prior to startup from forced outage Q2F41 (for Unit 2).
