- 3. Pipe support a) Pipe support details-where WPE clamps were used.
b) Plant piping systmes line list to identify pipe line numbers in pipe line list to have line data: pressure, temp, flow rates, pipe spec.
c) Furnish piping specifications for lines.
- 4. All complaints / correspondence to the NRC regarding:

The Government Ac-countability Project is a non profit, non partisan public inter-est organization concerned with honest and open government.
Through legal representation, advice, national conferences, films, publications and public outreach, the Project promotes whistleblowers as agents of government accountability. GAP re-quests the above information as part of an ongoing monitoring project on the adequacy of the government's efforts to protect the public safety and health at nuclear power plants.
