In regards to Ferry NFF-58, we want to keep the capability of the antitrust action intact regarding Perry NPF-58 Municipal and other such systems should be allowed to continue to utilize  ;

electricity from other commercial utilities as they have in the past.

The chief low cost power benefits must not be affected by excessive Ferry Power costs.
