In regards to Ferry NFF-58, we want to keep the capability of the antitrust action intact regarding Perry NPF-58 Municipal and other such systems should be allowed to continue to utilize electricity from other commercial utilities as they have in the past.

The chief low cost power benefits must not be affected by excessive Ferry Power costs.
