Nuclear Science Center's Physical Security Plan

Reference:

Docket No. 50-128, License R-83

Dear Sir,

In a previous letter to Mr. Theodore Michaels, in which the NSC Security Plan was resubmitted with the changes clearly demarcated, failed to mention a couple of things. The NSC Staff and the Reactor Safety Board have reviewed the security plan and have determined that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan itself and is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90.

If there are any questions, or concerns, please call me at 409-845-5998. -

Sincer y.
