i MEMORANDUM FOP.: 11. E. Frost )
FROM: W. D. Johnson SUCJECT: UOLF CREEK NCR fi0. 1hN-12027 P 1
The subject NCR was wri+. ten to document nonconformances in piping I location and stability in the FC (Au.. Steam) system. This.is a non-Q. !
system and is net subject to the same quality requirements as I safety-related systems. The disposition was "use as is." This is 'l appropriate for' the location nonconformances. For the stability 1 concern, the dispusition included fabrication and instal.lation of an adoitional pipe hanger. This appears to be appropriate, but incluoing this under the overall disposition of "use as is" is questionable. If this were a "Q" system, it would be appropriate to review the site ;
procedures to verify whether it is administratively. -
include a cesign change such as this under a use as.permitteo to is" disposition. ~
