WOLF CREEK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION: ALLEGED INTIMIDATION OF QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS REPORT NUMBER:

On January 15, 1985, reporting investigator reviewed the Kansas Gas & Electric Co. (KG&E) Quality.First investigative file concerning alleged harassment and intimidation of a Quality Control inspector by a construction superintendent. The KG&E file is identified as Investigative Report KQWLKQW 84-052 which is dated April 5, 1984, and Investigative Report KQWLKQW 84-099, dated

-April 23, 1984. Both reports appear to have adequately addressed the issues of harassment and intimidation, and appropriate diciplinary action was taken against the superintendent in question.

The Region IV Office of Investigations has no further interest in this case.
