WOLF CREEK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION: ALLEGED INTIMIDATION OF QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS

On January 15, 1985, reporting investigator reviewed the Kansas Gas & Electric Co. (KG&E) Quality.First investigative file concerning alleged harassment and intimidation of a Quality Control inspector by a construction superintendent. The KG&E file is -

identified as Investigative Report KQWLKQW 84-052 which is dated April 5, 1984, and Investigative Report KQWLKQW 84-099, dated

-April 23, 1984. Both reports appear to have adequately addressed the issues of harassment and intimidation, and appropriate

, . diciplinary action was taken against the superintendent in question. .

The Region IV Office of Investigations has no further interest in this case.
