/I Dhte Safeguards Section Inspection Summary Inspection on April 7-9, 1986 (Report No. 50-454/86015(DRSS))

Areas Inspected: Included a review of the licensee's implementation of the Security Performance Improvement Program (SPIP). Specifically, the inspection addressed Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Compensatory Measures; Access Control - Personnel; Assessment Aids;'and Alarm Stations. The inspection also addressed previously identified program weaknesses / concerns.
