Pirtle, Acting Chief Date Safeguards Branch Inspection Summary Inspection on June 24-26,1986 (Reports No. 50-454/86023(DRSS); 50-455/86020(DRSS)) Areas Inspected: Included a review of Licensee Security Event Report No. 86-001, and the licensee's progress towards full implementation of the security program required for the licensing of Unit No. 2.
Specifically, regarding Unit 2, the insM ction included the specified Sections 02 " Inspection Requirements" of the 81100 Series inspection procedure.
Results: The review of Licensee Securf ty Event Report No. 86-001 showed that the event was a violation of security plan commitments required for Unit 1, but that the violation met ~ all of the criteria for not issuing a Notice of Violation in accordance with the " General Policy'and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1985). The licensee's progress in the implementation of security for Unit No. 2 appears adequate at this time. No violations were identified.
