General This is the completion of inspec+. ions that are documented in NRC Inspection Reports No. 50-455/84-05, No. 50-455/84-13, and No.
50-455/85027. Reliable Sheet Metal Works (RSM) is the HVAC Contractor for CECO at the Byron Station.

Nonconfoman_c_e_ Repo r_ts The NRC inspector reviewed the following nonconformance reports (NCR)
issued by RSM and determined that the records were properly stored, retrievable, and legible. The records were found to adequately document the current status of the nonconformances.

Audit Reports The NRC inspector reviewed RSM Quarterly Audit Reports for 1985 and 1986. The inspector determined that the audits were performed in accordance with schedule and functional areas in established audit plans. Corrective actions were found to be timely and proper.
No violations or deviations were identified.
