Areas Inspected: Included a review of security program management changes and effectiveness including implementation of the licensee's Performance Improvement Program (PIP). Specifically, the inspection addressed Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Testing and Maintenance; Training and Qualification of Security Personnel; and Lighting. The inspection also addressed previously identified program weaknesses / concerns. The inspection involved 31 inspector-hours by one NRC inspector. The inspection began during the day shift. Backshift inspection activity was also performed during this inspectio Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during the inspection. The previous inspection findings and violations were closed with the exception of pending violations from Inspection Report No. 50-454/85054 and an open item relating to the security computer system. One new concern was identified regarding firearms night trainin (Details - UNCLASSIFIED )
