SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-155/98008(DNMS)

Dear Mr. Powers:

On November 30,1998, the NRC completed an inspection at your Big Rock Point Restoration

Project which examinsi decommissioning activities. The enclosed report presents the results

of thatinspection.

During the period covereci by this inspection, activities in the areas of radiological safety were

examined. No violations, deviations or other issues of safety significance were identified during

this inspection.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its

enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
