Dear Mr. Landry:
This letter is submitted in confirmation of your verbal authorization of November 19, 1985 for Boston Edison's Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station to again discharge Rotamine WT Dye. As previously discussed in the BECo letter 5.85-100, the Station will utilize this dye to test its circulating water pumps' capacity. The' additional testing is planned to take place from November 19 - November 22, 1985 (2-3 hours a day).
