In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 5552 and Part 5 of 44 C.F.R., it is requested that the records identified below be made available for inspection and copying:

I. With reference to the self-Initiated Review and Interim Finding for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station ("PNPS"),
